Nicole Benjamin

Nicole Benjamin is a family law attorney who helps individuals and families navigate some of life’s most personal legal challenges with clarity, compassion, and steady advocacy. With over 12 years of experience, she represents clients in matters involving divorce, custody, child support, and related family law issues. Nicole earned her bachelor's degree at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and graduated at the top of her class as a Top Collegiate Scholar. She then graduated from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law with her Juris Doctor (J.D.).

Before joining Conner & Roberts, PLLC, Nicole worked as a staff attorney for Legal Aid of East Tennessee. That experience informs a thoughtful, client-focused approach, one that balances strong legal strategy with an understanding of the emotional realities families face.

Nicole handles a wide range of family law matters, including contested and uncontested divorces, parenting plans, child custody and visitation, child and spousal support, and post-decree modifications. She also assists clients with mediation and negotiated resolutions, when possible, while remaining fully prepared to litigate when necessary.

At the heart of Nicole’s practice is the belief that family law representation should feel supportive, straightforward, and empowering. She prioritizes clear communication, practical advice, and helping clients make informed decisions about their future and their families.

Beyond the Practice

Outside the courtroom, Nicole is the proud mother of three children and a wife. Nicole is also a fur mama to Rosie (her mini dachshund). She uses her experience as a parent to bring perspective and empathy to each case she handles. Outside of the professional setting, you can find Nicole traveling, reading, attending concerts and plays, and running around with her children.
